At CDR, you are given the opportunity to use the skills you have learned, while at the same time developing a multitude of new skills to help build relationships and proficiency in the healthcare industry.

Recent college graduates look to CDR for great entry level career opportunities, with room for growth. To ensure our new employees are gaining the knowledge they need, our new auditors work onsite, with the guidance of Senior and Regional Audit Managers, within the first weeks of hire. We encourage our employees to develop and refine their skills, finding the role within the organization that suits them, as well as the company as a whole. To assist our employees in gaining expertise in their area of interest, CDR provides tuition reimbursement for all related courses.

Paid internships are also offered to a select number of exceptional college students each semester. Part time hours allow students to earn while they learn.
